Arbiter

Arbiter is a magical short sword made for Harlan Underford by Arielle out of a piece of an ancient Purge Blade. It is imbued with Arielle's radiant magic.

Arbiter
melee weapon, Shortsword

Magical Weapon: yes
Requires Attunement: no
Range: melee
Weight: 2
Properties: finesse, light
Attack Modifier: +1
Damage Type: radiant
Damage: 1d6+1

If used against a Good aligned target, the blade deals d6 piercing damage instead, and 2d10 radiant damage is instantly inflicted to the wielder.

Upon successful hit but before dealing any damage, you can choose to mark the hit target with Judgment, but only if Judgment is not active on any other target.

Judgment: is a spell effect similar to Hunter's Mark that you can place on a creature that you successfully hit with Arbiter. Until the effect ends, you deal an extra 1d6 damage to that target whenever you hit it with Arbiter, and you have advantage on any Wisdom (Perception) or Wisdom (Survival) check you make to find it. The effect ends after one hour or when the target drops to 0 hit points. Only one Judgment can be active at a time. Once the Judgment is placed on a target, it cannot be placed on any other creature until after the effect ends.
