Bruce who is the Night

Bruce is a familiar of Samuel Summers. He usually appears in the form of a small bat.

He displays a high level of intelligence, unusual for bat familiars of that species.

In his usual form he is unable to speak, but can communicate with Samuel via their magical link. Zoryy Feathermoon was also able to use duridic magic in order to establish a line of communication with him. He appeared to be especially eloquent for a bat.

Bruce is capable of transforming into a powerful bat demon form. Whether this is his true form, or a magical power granted to him by his master is unknown.

In his demon form Bruce appears to be capable of human speech. He is also incredibly strong and fast.
