Unlike the other gangs in the city, his crew does not extort protection money from the local businesses. This controversial, patriotic, business-friendly stance has resulted in a lot of good will from the community. -Rando DeButt (pronounced dee-BOO-tay) is a [[Fairhaven]] crime lord. His gang controls most of the docks and market district. He is a loudmouth, and a jackass, but as far as criminal mastermind go, he is considered to be the lesser evil. Most of his profits come from the smuggling operations and highway banditry. He is able to control what comes into the city, and what leaves it. He prefers to prey on outsiders, and foreign merchants.
