Tempy is a the trusty mount of paladin [[Takklinn Thunderbottom]].

Tempy is a large <s>horse</s> bear, or maybe actually a fat <s>bear</s> horse. No one is really sure. Takklinn at times at various times has insisted it is a dire wolf or a hipogryf who is just shy about showing it's wings. No one so far has been able to accurately identify what kind of animal it is, except that it appears to be rather comfortable traversing various caves and dungeons leading credence to the theory it's actually at least part ursine.

Tempy appears to be able to mimic the characteristics of whatever steed is needed at the moment. If Takklinn needs to go fast, then Tempy is very much a warhorse. If Tempy us being attacked, it's definitely some kind of a bear, of whichever type has the most HP. If it's attacking, it gains canine features so that it can make enemies go prone. It is an extremely useful, and versatile steed. It's one flaw is that it can only use it's uncanny morphing abilities when the DM is not looking.
