The Warlock Stout is and expensive but very potent and addictive magical brew hat causes vivid hallucinations. It is being moved by [[Cutthroat Jim]]'s crew, and typically hand delivered or sold to monied clientele out of [[The Hammer]] tavern.

The brew is highly illegal, and anyone found with the bottle by the [[Fairhaven Cityguard]] will likely get arrested, questioned and likely spend some time in the dungeon.
