Most of the prisoners in the camp were citizens of [[Westmarch]] or residents of [[Fairhaven]] at the time of the [[Siege of Fairhaven]] who managed to escape the city via sea and landed in Koda harbor.

All the prisoners in the camp have been branded with the [[Red Sun Slave Brand]].
