Scepter of the Storms is a magical weapon used by [[Asor Er'Hanu]], commander of the [[Barren Cliffs Refugee Camp]]. When the camp was liberated, and Er'Hanu was killed during the riot, the weapon was taken by [[Gazzpatcho Talbot]].
