Johann Lahey is a former resident of [[Fairhaven]].

After the [[Siege of Fairhaven]] he was interned in the [[Barren Cliffs Refugee Camp]] where he secretly distributed contraband among the residents of his block. He obtained said contraband by stealing from the [[Cousins]] and was lucky enough to get away with it.
