Johann Lahey

Johann Lahey is a former resident of Fairhaven.
After the Siege of Fairhaven he was interned in the Barren Cliffs Refugee Camp where he secretly distributed contraband among the residents of his block. He obtained said contraband by stealing from the Cousins and was lucky enough to get away with it.
