A holiday that originated in [[Fynwell]] during which citizens gather in the city square to spectate public executions of high profile criminals and traitors. It is traditionally held on the third Chainday of Dust. On that day it is customary for the Prefect to issue an official pardons to seven criminals sentenced to the gallows, one from each district. Citizens of each district can put forth names of imprisoned criminals by making small donation to the local prefecture. Most of the spared criminals are usually hand-picked the Prefect from among the low-risk prisoners, but the public is made to believe their votes matter.

Midsummer

Midsummer is a summer solstice festival usually celebrated on the last Burnday of Cinder. Celebrations include grand feasts followed by libations, and dancing around bonfires.

Midwinter

Midwinter is a winter solstice festival usually celebrated on the 30th day of Hollow. Celebrations include exchanging of gifts. This holiday has special spiritual significance in Druidic circles.

Purge Day

Holiday that commemorates the Purge and the beginning of the new age. It is typically celebrated on the last day of Crispen.

Gallows Day

A holiday that originated in Fynwell during which citizens gather in the city square to spectate public executions of high profile criminals and traitors.
