Yoland's Mace
Yoland's Magic Mace is an enchanted item belonging to Yoland Swaginson.
The weapon is a short, ornamental, one handed mace. It appears to have been designed as a ceremonial weapon that is not actually intended for combat.
The mace appears to have several non-combat related enchantments. Whenever the user speaks into it's head, their voice is greatly amplified, and modulated to appear more melodic and pleasant to the ear. It is also capable of casting the Silence spell onto the entire room of listeners, so that the user can be heard more clearly.
