The Chapterhouse is a famous landmark located few blocks away from The Forum in the Red Mesa district of Fynwell.
The Chapterhouse is the traditional meeting place of the Small Council. It is a large red limestone building that houses the meeting chamber. It's centerpiece is the huge round table where the council conducts it's business. The walls of the chamber are lined with ancient volumes on law, civics commerce and and religion.
