Keepside is the smallest, but one of the richest and most prestigious districts of Fynwell.
Due to it's small size (comparable to a single ward in most other districts) it has no Night Watch or Fulcrum presence, and has no representation in the House of Commons.
It is policed and defended solely by the Fynwell Cityguard garrisoned at the Fynwell Keep. The keep itself houses the office of the Mayor (in the South Tower), as well as offices for several ministries.
