Lord Edmund Rigel is a Fynwell aristocrat, patriarch of House Rigel, esteemed Lord Senator sitting in the House of Lords and the leader of the Brass Lions Society.

He was born and raised in Fynwell, attended Fynwell University and when his father Joseph died, he took his seat in the Fynwell House of Lords. He rose to prominence by becoming vocal leader of the Brass Lions Society political faction.
