Kouneli'fengari is an Archfey being whose name translates to Moon Rabit.
This Archfey used to be a pet of Unicorn Queen Lurue (daughter of Sylvanus) but after the Purge it was left to it's own devices. It became a protector of forests and the supreme monarch of all rabbits and rodents.
Kouneli'fengari is the Archfey patron of Warlock Seraphina Goodbarrel.
