Oddenheim Domicile is a custom spell created by Richard Oddenheim and available as a scroll created by him.
The spell works similar to Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion but the magical dwelling is smaller and more spartan, and does not include any magical servants. It contains five bedrooms and one common area where there's a large table with food and wine.
The floor plan is provided on the scroll itself.
