Teleportation Circles are magical artifacts that allow for instant transportation between them.
A person stepping inside the circle can be magically transported to any other circle provided they are able to name it, and that the destination circle is active.
They are expensive to produce, and there are relatively few in existence, but magic behind them is well understood. Unlike the the Magical Tapestry Portals which are irreplaceable and impossible to create by modern mages, Teleportation Circles can be repaired and built given enough resources and time.
Most Mages Guild Guild Halls have their own circle, which can be used by travelers provided they can afford the Guild's transportation fee.
There's one in The Fairhaven Keep and several in Fynwell.
It is not uncommon for wealthy noble families to have one on their estate.
There is a deactivated circle in Lord Aiden's Mansion.
