Paldeen Er'Awitar was the second in command at the Barren Cliffs Refugee Camp. He worked under Asor Er'Hanu and commanded the garrison troops. He also performed duties of the camp torturer and executioner. He was known for his mastery of whips which he used with great skill both when dealing out punishment as well as in combat.
He was killed by Gazzpatcho Talbot during the second riot at the camp.
