Lorard Darqua is the captain of the Fair Maiden, a Fairhaven trade ship. He was part of the refugee fleet that ferried survivors of the Siege of Fairhaven to Koda. Like the rest of the fleet he ended up in the Barren Cliffs Refugee Camp where he acted as a snitch and informer for the guards.
He was exposed during the camp's liberation, and taken into custody by the liberation fleet to be taken back to Westmarch when they would stand trial for treason. He and his accomplices died en-route in mysterious circumstances, likely killed by other refuges as a retaliation for their betrayal.
