Jerk Blackhammer is a Dwarf blacksmith with a small shop in the dockside part of Fairhaven. He is rude, crude, sexist douche bag, and generally, the worst person ever. His wares are sub-par, and most customers who venture into his shop agree that he should fuck the hell off and eat a bag of dicks.
The reason why he stays in business is that he works as a fence for Smiling Sullivan and his shop is merely a front.
