Arbiter
From Will of the Seven Campaign
Arbiter is a magical short sword made for Harlan Underford by Arielle out of a piece of an ancient Purge Blade. It is imbued with Arielle's radiant magic.
Mechanical Note
Arbiter is Shortsword +1 which deals radiant damage.
- Weapon Type: melee weapon, shortsword
- Properties: finesse, light
- Weight: 2
- Damage Type: radiant
- Damage: 1d6+1
If used against a Good aligned target, the blade deals d6 piercing damage instead, and 2d10 radiant damage is instantly inflicted to the wielder.
Once per turn you can mark one creature within 90 feet that you can see with Arbiter's Judgment, unless another creature is already marked.
Judgment: is a spell effect similar to Hunter's Mark that can be used to mark a single creature within range. Until the spell ends, you deal an extra 1d6 damage to the marked target whenever you hit it with Arbiter, and you have advantage on any Wisdom (Perception) or Wisdom (Survival) check you make to find it. The spell effect ends after one hour or when the target drops to 0 hit points. Only one Judgment can be active at a time. Once the Judgment is placed on a target, it cannot be moved to another target until the spell ends.© willofthe7.com
The Arbiter is one of the two twin blades, other being the Redeemer. The Glaive of Silvanus was made out of the same Purge Blade.
