Two Knives Tim

"Two Knives" Tim, a young, ruthless and overly ambitious Half-Orc who is famous for fighting dirty and cutting bits of defeated enemies as trophies. He quickly rose to power as Cutthroat Jim's main enforcer thanks in part to his violence and unpredictability.

After gaining Jim's trust and becoming his favorite associate, and second in command, Tim appears to have assassinated his former boss. He is quite open about this fact, but no evidence has been found to link him to this crime.

After dispatching his supervisor, Tim took over the gang and begun to consolidate his power. He also concocted a plan to implicate Rando DeButt in pirate activity, leading to his arrest. He actively bribed, threatened and gained leverage among the Sovreign's inner circle and was recently able to assassinate him as well.

Currently, Tim controls Jim's gang, and holds sway over a large number of Sullivan's men. That said, he is not yet in full control of the city, and is currently competing with Krud DeButt and Forest George who have assumed leadership roles in their respective gangs.
