Alchemical Vial
This an alchemist state transmutation tool found by Harlan Underford in the Lifeless Garden.
The vial appears to have belonged to an intruder killed by the Garden Gnome.
Any metal substance placed inside of the vial becomes liquid. Any substance poured from the vial becomes solid after a few seconds.
The item was briefly in the possession of Gustavo Lutz who was going to auction it off, and keep 12% of the profits. He reconsidered, and returned the vial to Harlan after the Protagonists became implicated in the assassination of the Sovereign.

Any metal substance placed inside of the vial becomes liquid after 3 seconds. It remains in liquid form until poured one. Once the metal liquid is poured from the vial becomes solid after 5 seconds.
