Fairhaven Shrine of Tempus

Fairhaven is home to a large number of Tempus worshipers and has a fairly large temple devoted to this deity.
The temple features a sacred touching stone, which the worshipers are encouraged to rub in order to receive a blessing.
Upon touching the stone, Butt Butterscotch has received a prophetic vision of the city being destroyed by eldritch forces of evil.
