The Forest Tile Puzzle is a illusion magic spell that appears to protect Lord Aiden's Mansion.

The puzzle is of the basic tile sliding variety. The area of the forest has been divided into a number of roughly cubical segments, each of which is a projection of the forest at that location as it existed in the past. The cubes are scrambled and do not align properly, and their edges can be seen with a naked eye.

The puzzle can be "walked" and appears to shift around the traveler. This property can be used to align the cubes in order. This opens up an area in the middle where illusion no longer takes hold. Any travelers inside that bubble can see the truth hidden behind the illusion: a lifeless forest and a giant mansion surrounded by a high wall.
