Richard's Hut

Richard's Hut is a wooden log cabin, accompanied by a large wooden shed, located deep in Briarwood Forest, a few hours away from Fairhaven. The hut appears to have formerly been a lumber lodge but presently is completely abandoned. It's walls are overgrown with moss, and anyone peering through the windows will see empty rooms with few pieces of moldy furniture and a lot of cobwebs.

Close inspection will confirm that the cabin has not been used in years. A skilled tracker will be able to see fresh footprints leading from and too the hut, but no sign of encampment or any other human activity. There appears to be no trap door or hidden passages. The cabin has no basement, and no foundation, and there appear to be no underground cavities anywhere in the vicinity.
