Helga Underford is a Fynwell Halfling from the Dog Fenn district. She is the mother of Harlan Underford.
Helga owns a small hovel on Thistle Bend in the 6th Ward of Dog Fenn and works as a cook and barmaid at a the Rocking Horse tavern located on the corner of Ashpit Cove, and Gravel Way few blocks from her house.
She is a Thieves Guild informant. Her street name is Bluejay. She is also tangentially connected to the Barkers who run the Rocking Horse tavern.
