House Summers is the ruling family of Summervale.

It's head, and only member is Samuel Summers who has been granted the title of Duke and given this land in perpetuity in recognition for his heroic deeds and his aid to people of Westmarch in the aftermath of the fall of Fairhaven.

Due to Samuels peculiar condition the house is not considered to be one of the Great Houses of Westmarch as Samuel is incapable of siring a legal heir. Thus his hold on Summervale will expire upon his death.

The seat of House Summes is Lord Aiden's Mansion.
