This category lists prominent characters who were former prisoners of the Barren Cliffs Refugee Camp near Koda.
Most of the prisoners in the camp were citizens of Westmarch or residents of Fairhaven at the time of the Siege of Fairhaven who managed to escape the city via sea and landed in Koda harbor.
All the prisoners in the camp have been branded with the red sun, which marks them as slaves, and property of the Emirates.
